The AudX ASVCK adds a physical rotary volume control to Alpine and Sony head units that rely on touchscreen controls. Designed for drivers who prefer quick, tactile adjustments while driving, the ASVCK delivers smooth, precise volume control with a clean OEM-style installation.

Using a precision rotary encoder and microcontroller, the ASVCK sends commands directly to your Alpine or Sony radio through the steering wheel control "Key" wire input, allowing seamless integration without complicated wiring or programming.

Installation is simple. The ASVCK is small enough to fit on a switch-blank mounting adapter, allowing the knob to be installed in an unused dash switch location for a clean, factory-style look. Power is supplied directly from the head unit using a USB connection, so no additional power wiring is required.

Installation

1. Plug the USB cable into the head unit to power the ASVCK.
2. Connect the Key 1 and Key Ground to the head unit’s steering wheel control input.
3. Mount the knob using the included  in your dash or center console.
4. Enjoy instant tactile volume control.
