At AudX, we strive to deliver your car audio products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States only (domestic shipping).

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – available on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at an additional cost.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – available on select items.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free Standard Shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
  • Some oversized items (such as large amplifiers or subwoofer enclosures) may require additional shipping fees.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with the estimated shipping date.
  • Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available.
