At AudX, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, vehicle-specific car audio solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and original components are included.
  • The product is not a final sale, custom-order, or non-returnable electrical item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Open-box or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Custom-fit harnesses or special order items.
  • Electrical components showing signs of wear or tampering.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return was due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Need a different product? Contact us to request an exchange for equal or lesser value (based on item availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at service@audxsound.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
  3. Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package.
