Many 2022-Up Toyota vehicles equipped with the factory JBL premium audio system can lose SOS, Safety Connect®, navigation prompts, and other factory voice notifications when integrating aftermarket DSP amplifiers using a third-party audio interface. While these interfaces provide the audio signal needed for aftermarket upgrades, important factory voice channels may no longer be heard through the new audio system.

Our Toyota JBL SOS & Voice Prompt Retention Harness is designed to solve this issue by capturing the factory voice prompt audio from the JBL amplifier and routing it into an available low-level input on your aftermarket DSP amplifier. This allows emergency communications, vehicle notifications, and factory voice prompts to be properly mixed into your upgraded audio system.

Important Note

An available low-level or auxiliary input on the DSP amplifier is required. Proper DSP configuration may be necessary to ensure factory prompts and notifications are mixed correctly into the audio system.
